New York: (Web Desk) Apple also decided to bring the foldable iPhone to the market, the world's first foldable iPhone will soon be in the hands of consumers.
According to foreign media reports, Apple is working on a clamshell design, and the company is currently in the process of developing a foldable iPhone that will likely be released as early as 2026.
The company has also apparently chosen a design for the foldable iPhone, which is internally dubbed the 'V68' and is expected to be modeled after the clamshell design of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip.
According to the report, Apple began formal research into foldable technology in 2004, at which time the company also signed a deal with Samsung.
Recent reports from Korean media outlets have highlighted the final design of Apple's foldable iPhone, suggesting that unlike traditional foldable phones, the iPhone will be designed in a clamshell style similar to the foldable Samsung Galaxy Flip.
